Unless otherwise stated, all items within my shop have been designed and made-in-shop to ensure they are of optimum quality and handled with the utmost care. No items are ever drop-shipped (goods shipped from a manufacturer or wholesaler directly to a customer instead of to the retailer who took the order) or processed through a “print-on-demand” method (where orders are printed and shipped by a larger company).
