Refund Policy

Purchased items may be returned within 30 days of your purchase date for an exchange or a full refund to your original payment method providing the following conditions are met:
 

  • Applicable item(s) must be received by us within 30 days from the purchase date, with the applicable Return Merchandise Authorization number (provided through customer service).
     

  • Applicable item(s) must be in new and resaleable condition, unless reasonably determined by us that the item is not resaleable due to our negligence or item defect.
     

  • You are solely responsible for all shipping and handling costs and fees for the item(s) unless the item is determined by us to be defective.
     

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or missing components, please contact us immediately and provide us photos of the damaged/defective item.
     

  • The Cleaning Enthusiast in its sole and absolute discretion shall be the sole determiner of whether an item is defective or not in resaleable condition

  • It is recommend to use a trackable method (at your cost) to return your items as we will not be responsible for items sent but not received by us.
     

Items returned must include the following:
 

  1. RMA number, which you can seek to obtain by contacting our Customer Service department at info@thecleaningenthusiast.com. The RMA number must NOT be written on the original manufacturer's packaging;

  2. Original packaging (manufacturer's box, plastic bags, etc.);

  3. Original packing slip / print-out of order confirmation.

We will notify you once your return has been received and approved.
